** Most properties.  Not done if the addition of a blue sky makes the picture look unnatural.

Drone Aerials (FAA Licensed Pilot):

  • ​$250.00  (stand-alone aerial shoot for lots, most properties and commercial real estate).

  • Above 40 miles round trip, please add $1.50 for each additional mile.  Ferry charge may apply for islands, etc.

  • Payments accepted are cash or check (at time of shoot) and PayPal (+3% service charge)

  • Additional charge for condominium amenities that take extra time.

  • Twilight:  $275.00 (twilight shoots are done between sunset and about 20 minutes after sunset.  All lights must be on inside and outside home.  1-2 shots.

  • Acreage/Waterfront properties:  Please call/email for a quote.

  • NWMLS Photo Input:  $25.00

  • Pictures & tour will be delivered by email for immediate download. Photos will be delivered in both MLS size JPEG and print
